Direcway terminals are licensed to operate with a specific Direcway Hub. We can provide you service, but will need to replace your Direcway DW4020 or DW6000 terminal. Contact us and we’ll help you with this?

Equipment purchased in the US operates on different frequencies and uses a different dish size. Also, Direcway equipment isn’t licensed to operate on other hubs. You can contact us for more information.

All of our equipment is shipped FOB Dubai. We can ship via DHL or other carriers, but not to an APO.

We reqiure the use of a 1.2m Dish, 1w or 2w ODU and DW4020, DW6000, DW7000, or DW7700. For more detailed information, please contact us.

IP Dish does not block the use of any IP-related service. However, because of the inherent latency of using satellite connections, some applications may experience delays. While we do provide excellent service, we can’t guarantee that any of these applications will work at the speeds you may want.

All Internet traffic from our NOC to your remotes is encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Also, we use private IP Addresses and Network Address Translation to ensure that your IP address is hidden as it transits the Internet.

In most locations, we do have local resellers who can provide you with equipment, installation and more. Currently, we have resellers in most major countries except for Iraq, where we sell service directly.

We can provide service in most every country in our service area. Due to regulatory restrictions we are currently unable to provide service in UAE, Iran, Syria and Sudan.

Yes, we provide 24/7 support via E-mail from our NOC.

With Direcway, you are buying a shared network access. This means that you’ll have the ability to access up to the burstible capacity on your service level, but we can not provide a CIR or guarantee of bandwidth.

Our Direcway service is a two-way Internet connection, offering you the best speed and network connection possible.
